L'Etoile Verte (green star) restaurant is located at 13 Rue Brey, off Avenue Wagram which is one of the Avenues off the Arc de Triomphe roundabout (just a few blocks north). It has an extensive menu of all of your favourite French dishes with several very reasonably priced set menus to choose from (18-26 euro) which include wine with the most expensive also including a kir apperitif (definitely not like the sort you get in the really touristy areas of Paris). The owners/wait staff are all very friendly. A travel magazine wrote them up as being the best food for the best value in all of Paris. Ph: 01 43 80 69 34 Metro: CDG Etoile.
